“That was the best party Karyn and I ever attended … and we threw it!  Our daughter’s college graduation gala was a smash.  Clearly, getting Convergence Cuisine involved from the outset was a stroke of genius.  At every step of the party processes, from planning through cleanup, you made our lives carefree, allowing us to enjoy our guests as they enjoyed each other and the truly scrumptious vittles so delightfully presented.

“I know it wasn’t a simple assignment, as we did have a couple of complicating considerations.  First, we feared the menu would be problematic.  Basically, our daughter is allergic to almost everything, including all corn products, wheat products, nuts, many fruits to name a few.  The menu you created proved perfectly delicious, offering such quantity and variety that no one suspected these dietary limitations.  She devoured everything, happily munching away without any of her usual concerns for possible allergic reactions.  Our guests repeatedly went out of their way to comment on the excellent cuisine. Perhaps an even more difficult problem was our limited space and large number of guests.  The party was an open house with traffic flowing around and through the entire property.  Your suggestions for arranging your workspace, and the positioning of tables, chairs, and beverage service eliminated our space considerations completely.  Equally important, you and your team were wonderful – cheerful, attentive to detail, mindful of the comfort of our guests.  All this and yummy food too.  Thank you.”
